**📝 Moderator Application**

👷 Role and Responsibilities

• Volunteer role: 1.5 - 3+ hours per week
  • ~30 minutes to 1 hour on at least three days a week consistently (working days preferred)

Essential:

• Monitor discussions and posts for adherence to our Community Guidelines , Channels Guide, and Slack Code of Conduct .
  • If posts or responses don’t comply, you must notify the moderation team and take further action including removal of post(s), informing the individuals, and suggesting corresponding amendments, per our internal procedures.
• Communicate feedback, concerns, and ideas to our team of moderators.
• Report any further violations as outlined in our Moderation & Banning Policy.

Optional, depending on time and preference:

• Encourage community participation and engagement.
• React to or comment on posts with valuable insights.
